Theresa Hamilton, Director of Operations

For ten years, Theresa has been managing the office and client services for McCann. She is extremely organized and handles deliveries, sales management and expedition of orders with ease. Theresa is McCann’s troubleshooter and takes great care to ensure that each client is satisfied with their experience. She came to McCann with an interest in design and soon discovered that her talents and attention were better suited to the business side of operations. Energetic, methodical and dependable by nature, Theresa is drawn to helping clients feel comfortable with their entire experience. Janet has taught her that nothing is out of reach and she happily balances her career with family.
